Play with some coins and a magazine
Penny Eye is a simple game that can be played anywhere. All you need is some pennies and a magazine with a person's face on the cover. The object of the game is to toss the penny from a few feet away and try to land on the person's eye. If you are completely covering the eye then you get 10 points. Touching the eye is worth 5 points and touching the face is worth 1 point.
Part of the fun of the game is making up rules as you go along, so feel free to improvise. You'll need to agree with your opponent on the scoring, the distance of the toss, etc.
Here is an example of a crazy rule that you might invent: "If the penny hits the floor and then bounces onto the magazine and lands heads up on the person's left eye then you get 10 points plus an extra turn."
You can also have rules for negative points. For example, if you land off the magazine that could be worth -1 point.
