Hide Tag

A cross between Hide and Go Seek and Tag

To play Hide Tag, you need at least three people. Find one spot on your house that is 'base', such as a porch or your front step. Then you declare one person 'it'.
The 'it' player stands on base and counts to 15, eyes open or closed (you choose). The other players scatter to either side of the house.
Then the 'it' person can go where ever they want, except inside. But, they must keep the others away from the 'base'.
If a player touches base, they are safe and can't be tagged as long as they keep touching it.
The first person caught is 'it', but you keep playing until everyone is caught or safe.
If the 'it' person is unable to catch anyone, they are 'it' again.
If you have a garage, that is a valid spot to run to or hide in. If there's a door in the back of it, leave it open.
Shrubbery is also good for sneaking to 'base' unseen. But not always unheard.
