Eat them or...Don't!

Skittles are a nce tasty snack. But it may not be healthy.
I'm sure everyone loves candy, but sometimes... you just have to stay away from them! I have to say, i do like skittles but even my little sister tries to stop me from eating too much! Try to eat yogurt, fruit, vegatables like tamatoes and carrots. Keep your self fit and active by drinking a lot of water each day! Ask your parents if organic milk would be a good choice for you. Regular milk has added harmones which may cause you to grow extra which just may be bad for your health. At the end of the day or week, you may reward your self by eating skittles or any other candy you like!!!
