Walking

Put one foot in front of the other and just keep on doing that continuously. Walking on trails is most enjoyable. Though some prefer to on tread mills or walking machines. While walking make sure you drink plenty of liquids. It's important to keep your body hydrated. This is a very common way of exercising.
